·The programme of hikes lasts all year
·Wigan Ramblers do family footpath walks, 4 and 8 miles coach rambles and longer rambles.
·Family Footpath Walks are easy rambles in and around Wigan of 3½ - 4½ miles. They start at 14:00 and finish around 16:15 to 16:30 or a little earlier in winter. They are free of charge.
·Coach Rambles (£8 members / £11 non-members) are about 8 miles. Usually an alternative of 4 miles is also available. See further details regarding coach payments click here.
